a lady that worked in a chicken and biscuits joint call me to report that her computer told her to insert a biscuit but it didn't help.

the message said "Insert diskette" and that dummy crammed a biscuit in the 3.5 drive. I had the tech that went on site call me to confirm.

she was both illiterate and stupid. Usually those are the same thing, but they presented as two different symptoms in this case.
