Let's go B's!

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

It's almost like the Rangers shouldn't have traded him quite yet! I'm just bitter. Don't mind me.

Sorry. That's a goal.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 20

Different rules than football or sex. Just the tip doesn’t count in hockey.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Puck has to completely cross the red line to be counted as a goal.

As a hurricanes fan

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

as a Jackets fan... exact opposite reaction.

looks like it crossed the line

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That would have to be challenged, looked like it went in

8 years ago | Likes 47 Dislikes 10

Be careful not to confuse the top frame of the net with the line in the ice, like I did at first.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The puck has to completely cross the line (there must be white ice visible between the edge of the puck and the line) to be a good goal.

8 years ago | Likes 88 Dislikes 1

Gotcha, was thinking something like if was half way over or more it would count as a goal

8 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

So, based on the reviews nowadays, would be a good goal :)

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

I have a serious question. if it crossed the line, but didn't hit the back of the net, does it count or not?

8 years ago | Likes 270 Dislikes 9

I believe the net has a sensor as well

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It does, but only of it actually hits the net I believe. Or atleast that's how it works in the games I've been to.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

the puck only needs to cross the red line to count as 'in'

8 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 2

Didn’t completely cross inside the line.

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Username checks out, this duck ain’t mighty

8 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

It took me a couple views, the actual goal line is the left bar and the top of the goal line is on the right. Perspective throws it out.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yes. As long as the entire puck crosses the goal line it counts.

8 years ago | Likes 295 Dislikes 1

so this doesn't count. butby frickin' millimeters.

8 years ago | Likes 121 Dislikes 0

No fair, you changed the outcome by measuring it!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Fractions of inches, in Freedom speak.

8 years ago | Likes 64 Dislikes 24

This is hockey. You use Canadian measurements, damn it.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

This is Boston, the early home of freedom. You use freedom measurements, damnit.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

What's a fraction?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 6

like 1/3 i.e. "one third" or in this case 1/100 i.e. "one onehundredth"

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Any number that can be expressed as a/b where a and b are whole numbers

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

He looks so weird in that uniform!!

8 years ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 1

Bet he's working overtime at the rink to learn slewfooting, cheapshots and punching after the whistle to fit in

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

I'm an Isles fan and even *I* thought it was a shocker they put Zuc and Nash on the block.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I still can’t believe it..

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Big Dick Rick :(

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Become an Eagles fan, root for Big Dick Nick instead

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I scrunched my face for awhile thinking about why OP said Rick Nash when I’m looking at a Boston play. Also go Leafs

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Also also go preds

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Also go jackets

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Also go Whalers

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

And also go Canucks... Go do something other than waste a year of your fans lives. *Sigh* at least we have Boeser.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good acquisition, I'd say

8 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 2

So far so good, but at a HEAVY cost I must say

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But they got to dump Beleskey's contract, thank God

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As a Leafs fan I'm happy they mortgaged their future the way they did. He'll, the current Nash might not even be much better than Spooner.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They needed more size and strength in board play as well as a goal scorer not on the 1st line probably wouldn't have resigned spooner anyway

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I still can’t believe Nash fetched a 1st+

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

It's essentially a 2nd rounder.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

gonna be the 31st pick baby!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

As a rangers fan that’s best for everyone he left

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

I agree it was best to move him, I just think Boston overpayed

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Fully agree. But they saw something there I guess.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Spooned wasn't getting too much time and we have a fair young program. What we needed was some veteran leadership
