We re-homed Merlin last June. He was a community cat somewhere in Dublin, and was brought to the DSPCA as he was thin and his long coat was getting matted. He wasn’t chipped, and was estimated to be between 4 & 5 years old.
He’s a big guy (now weighs a healthy 6.4kg after a steady diet) and we reckon he’s got some Norwegian Forest Cat in him, as he’s got a huge ruff around his neck.
He loves sleeping in various places around the house.
He was wasn’t all that sociable at the start, but he’s becoming more friendly every day.
