Push come to shove they'd put forward something like: Gay agenda, collapse of western civilization, white genocide, emasculation of men, frakfurt school... Of course not everyone would put everything. Some people would also strongly disagree with what someone else might put in there. At the end of the day "woke" is a convenient term that everyone fills with their own "bad things" to unite them without ever looking at the broader picture.

It's so stupid and backwards. People who think empathy is a weakness are the most useless people. Empathy is what made humans the dominant species. We overcame by cooperating. It's what separates us from animals. The "survival of the fittest" idea is what animals do and they live lives of constant chaos. The people who think they can do everything themselves and don't need other people would be the first people to die without the trappings of civilization.

It's fun to watch the ones that try to live off the grid. The majority of them have no idea what they're doing. One guy was hospitalized because he tainted his own drinking water by putting a hydro-electric generator upstream from where he was collecting. A dominant individual is one evolutionary strategy, but another is cooperation. A super fit ant doesn't mean much if they don't work with the rest of the colony. It's the Fulnecky gambit. A student could submit a poorly written and insufficient paper but base it on their "religious" beliefs and receive a passing grade. If the instructor fails them based on the merits of the submission, the instructor gets punished for grading it properly.

I am not saying a system like this wont be abused, I just don't understand how it's anti-woke (If anything I get the opposite impression from it, so I think I must be missing something still). Also the way I read the bill it sounded like the student has to first request an accommodation and the instructor has to either approve it or reject it (and provide a reason for the rejection). If the student's approved accommodation wasn't to poorly write an insufficient paper, grading down seems fine.
