Easy 15min lemon potatoes

This was my fav side dish at a Greek restaurant. I found a recipe to make em in the oven.. then later translated it so I can use my Ninja Foodi. Amazing how fast and delicious they come out! And without roasting myself in the apt by using the oven.

Ingredients:
Yellow potatoes
Lemon (heck, I wish I juiced another half lemon)
Broth
Dribble of oil

5min pressure cook
10min broil
