Tim Russ is really cool, I met him once at a bar after a con had finished in NZ decades ago (took me a second to recognize him sitting next to me, then I said 'Tuvok'? because I'm an idiot, but he laughed).
Even by the end of the conversation my brain was still struggling to reconcile this dude who looked and sounded like Tuvok but absolutely was not at all like him, so major props to his acting (he seemed like the guy in that clip, funnily enough!).
Yeah, I remember that, but I was referring as to the reasoning why that particular pronunciation was used for "Naming," followed by the lore of how ALL Alien Names were pronounced in the series, by simply first to call it, period. LOL!!!
