This man has been stealing packages in the MLK area of Portland OR for some time. Today he is most likely sporting a totally white beard (second set of shots) and an unusual black cap with red logos randomly across the hat.
He usually has some sort of lawn mower equipment with him. He has a very clean (maybe not even used) green Craftsman mower.
He usually makes his rounds on Saturday around noon (sunny days mostly).
If you see him, please contact me (bpwoods @ our favorite search giant) or the Portland police non-emergency @ 503-823-3333 with a time and location.
PLEASE, for your own safety, DO NOT CONFRONT HIM!
