Sad thing is i think id rather watch a prequel movie than the utter shite that was Last Jedi.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

he looks both tired and sad they minimized his role

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Watch him in sushi girl, you'd be agog at how good an actor he is

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How dare he mock the true dark master !!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

he is clearly not a star wars fan

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

It was refreshing to see him smile. Throughout the movie and the press for it he’s been so sad and defeated.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Lazy OP, use a title!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"HA ha That's even funner NOW." makes you think.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Gungans. Googans. Gungans. Googans.

WHATS WRONG WITH YOUR FAAAAACE

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

jar jar a starwars story confirmed!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

This is hard to read.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

shouldn't it be the species of jar jar binks, in most fiction it's race instead of species but wouldn't that be incorrect?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Race = crossbreeding is possible. Species = impossible or at least rare. So we can't know until someone shows us a half-gungan.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Is Darth Maul a race?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

IDK but IIRC interspecial breeding is not uncommen, mules are interspecial, as are liges even though they are much rarer

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

there is also a horse/zebra interspeicel one IIRC but i dont remeber the name

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Depends on what you consider uncommon, I guess.

@sarah add this gif to the library, please?

8 years ago | Likes 43 Dislikes 2

You could just favorite it!

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Just integrate with Google Gboard keyboard, then every gif you could every want

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I've tried that, but it seems like you have to make it a post before you can add it to a comment.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yep, it's a pain

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I like that this means even though he wasn't in the prequels, he knows the horror of the Binks.

8 years ago | Likes 1074 Dislikes 3

Of course he does! He had to watch that stupid rabbit crap all over the legacy he built!

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 4

I mean, I wasn't in the prequels either, and I know it...

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

You're probably a SW fan yourself. Actors don't necessarily need to be fans themselves, they just need to do their job.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I like that this means he doesn’t know what a gungan is

8 years ago | Likes 185 Dislikes 0

I like that this means things

8 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

Palpatine ordered genocide of the Gungans.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I like trains

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

He doesn't play Luke , he is Luke. Mark Hamill is the best

8 years ago | Likes 301 Dislikes 3

Sometimes is Jake Skywalker... Like in the last of Jedi. ;)

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

i agree

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Did he ever do another role anyway ?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 10

Sheesh, Corvette Summer? How could you forget that blockbuster?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He was the Joker in Batman the Animated Series

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

How can you forget the glory that is the CockKnocker?!

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Don't mess with a Jedi Master, son

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

he was a professor in kingsman

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He played riddler in the Flash. He does a great villain.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The Trickster lol. Though I would thoroughly enjoy seeing him as the Riddler.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh. That dude. Yeah, he'd make a great Riddler though...

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He plays bit roles every now and then, as well as the others mentioned.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

And also the joker

8 years ago | Likes 43 Dislikes 1

And a surprisingly good fire lord

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And fire lord Ozai.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

And also the cock-knocker!

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

THE BEST JOKER. FTFY.

8 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

mARK HAMill

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Ledger and nicholson are pretty good jokers.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There's pretty good, and there's the best. Hamill defines the Joker.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Damn that was a depressing video.

8 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 2

Why?

8 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 1

He doesn't seem happy with his last few Star Wars projects. There's no passion in his eyes. He looks like me when I'm pitching an idea 1/2

8 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 3

Probably because he knows its shite but still are thankful for the franchise making him a career despite him sucking at acting

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 24

"Making him a career" like he isn't an insanely accomplished voice actor or anything

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

I don't fully believe in but have to sell because it's my job. That's the vibe I get. A guy who's working because he has to. 2/2

8 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 3

If a man working because he has to is your definition of depressing, then I have bad news for you...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why? I enjoy my job. Hamill here doesn't seem to enjoy his at all. And with a name like his that's a total shame.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Everyone knows Harrison wasn't a big fan of SW but think hammill loved it. He didn't either hes just a much nicer person. Hope he acts more

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

That's one reason I can never do sales.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

He's got a part in the third Guardians of the Galaxy film.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I guess I have not seen much. He seems to take these roles prettyvlightvhwaryed and seems to really appreciate the fans. Paycheck helps too.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Like a more polite Harrison Ford?

8 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 1

Isn't Ford an asshole first, everything else second? Hamill is generally a nice guy.

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

4:25 in the video

8 years ago | Likes 67 Dislikes 2

Thanks!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Dude seems like he's over it all. Had hopes for the restart, then realized he's a prop.

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Mark absolutely hates what has been done to his character. But he's such a gentleman about it

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I don't think gentlemen trash the movie at every opportunity

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's not trashing the movie. Saying "I only did it because of the paycheck. It was the worst piece of garbage I've ever been in." would be

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He's trashing it like a -gentleman-.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Spoiler:..... ................................................................................................. killing him was bull shit

8 years ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 40

You're right they should have done it earlier.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

He says several times in the making of TLJ he hated what Rian did but did his best to respect his vision and do it justice.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That whole movie was BS

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It's some mis-guided idea that they need to "clear out" the old characters to make room for the new ones. It's just a Disney cash machine.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I’m going to bet they want him to be a force ghost mentor like Obi Wan was for Luke

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

*the movie was.....

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That’s a terrible fucking way of doing spoilers, next time add it as a reply to yourself, dipshit.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

They killed Jar Jar? Nooooo!

8 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 1

I think Jar Jar ended up a street performer on Naboo, for the embarrassment of empowering Palatine. He ends up being hated in-universe too

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Everyone would love to watch jar jar die in a horrible horrible way

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Would be like porn for many fans (including this one)

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

With those who claim he's a sith lord.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It’s been a while since the movie came out . It’s fine.

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 9

No fuck that, always warn of spoilers, even if it's 10 years old, I watched lost after years of telling people not to spoil it for me

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 8

Going to watch Infinity War tonight. Yesterday I was talking to my students about it and one goes "oh is that the one where _______ dies?"

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It’s kinda hard not to get spoiled these days. Stay off the internet if that’s the goal.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thank you. The night before I could watch The Force Awakens someone spoiled the end for me. I was more than a little sad.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yea I found our what happened to han solo after about a month of its release, I wanted to smack that little boy

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Someone I knew deliberately spoiled it for me, knowing I was so close to watching it. I blocked him and never talked to him again.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Killing him was not a mistake. Killing his character development was

8 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 7

I'm really salty that those two scenes of his were cut but the alien tit milk scene was kept in. I really hope for an extended cut.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I thought they did a good job of showing what 40 years of war with no victory can do to even the best of men.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Killing him is killing his character development so I don't know what you're on about

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 17

Killing him could have made sense if he had a true meaningful arc (that was logical) rather than having a senile old Luke.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

He means that they ignored all the character growth he went through in the original trilogy and the expanded universe and made him an idiot.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Disney seems to be aiming to tell the stories that would have come after Jedi, but given how old the original cast are, they're clearing ...

8 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 4

the decks so they can do a sort of soft storyline relaunch. Can't tell the stories they want with Old Master Luke around.

8 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 4

Ok hear me out I know the story has been pretty shaky with these last 2 movies but I think if they managed to throw in some large scale(1/2)

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Light saber fights it would be bad ass, especially with how good they have gotten with the previous duels. (2/2)

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I love old and new Star Wars movies, the stories to me don’t seem that bad, but what I want is a mandalore based movie

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Karen Traviss burned me out pretty badly on Mandalorians, but the Clone Wars did some decent stuff. I'd be game.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

My money is on the little boy from the stalls of the gambling races the gets the ring. Something about his Jedi pose at the end of TLJ...

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Seems to me like they are doing exactly what they want. And alienating half the fanbase by destroying the old for the sake of the new.

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 5

Kathleen Kennedy and Rian Johnson basically did to SW what Yoda did to the sacred texts...

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm not a fan of the old, I'm a fan of the keeping the old around, I like the loyalty to the original content

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

There are two sides to every interpretation of a motive; neither one is right nor wrong, but one will be more accepted than the other.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

You got one up vote and one down vote, *ironic (insert prequel meme) *

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I just watched it yesterday ... I think it was pretty logical to do at this point in the story. He did his bit, he gave all the 1/

8 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 2

explanations, and now it's on Rey - that's how fairy tales work. Of course it's sad, but not really unexpected, no? 2/2

8 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

Exactly, yeah. Luke is no longer the protagonist, he's now the Wise Old Mentor, and really, how often do they make it out alive?

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Most take death in films to heart and cant like it, the idea that a character has to survive the story for it to be good is just silly.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Had a funny discussion about that yesterday, because the title is untranslatable to German without spoilers - "the last jedi" could mean 1/

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

the singular male, the singular female, or the plural jedi - which one is it now? They went with plural, but my bf maintains it should 2/
