Just did my taxes
discovered my employer taxed my 194 hours of OT as though I were an outside contractor (no taxes taken out) also I'm not compensated properly for OT (same base pay rate)

I had a check hand delivered to me the next day by the owner. Never lost my job. My boss applauded me for it.
