Many times special needs people are brought into salons because, they look at bathing the same way a 4 year old does.(1/2)
(2/2) now, this most definitely not always the case, however, some 'caregivers' off load haircare onto barbers and beauticians.

Wait what? Do they mean special needs, like a special custom haircut? Or are they really trying to charge disabled folks more for a haircut?
They charged a mom $25 because her son was autistic.
Wow. That's not cool. I'd gladly take my business elsewhere. I'm not autistic. But I use a wheelchair. I'll be damned if I'm gonna pay more

if it takes extra time then they have the right to be compensated for that time. or they had to undergo extra training to accommodate.
“[n]o individual shall be discriminated against on the basis of disability in the equal enjoyment of services ... 42 U.S.C. § 12182(a).
its not discrimination, its market value. some one who takes longer with a hair dresser, or requires a more trained person will cost more.
It’s harder to educate special needs kids. Should they be told they cannot come to school?
that's not the point i'm making and you know it. My step brother is 22 with the mental capacity of a 5 year old. he went to school.
