2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

What’s the FW mean?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Veteran of Foreign Wars.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Veteran of Foreign Wars.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

what is the fw then?

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Fuck Whitey

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

It's a Veteran of Foreign Wars plate, so I'm guessing it's that.

2 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

thx!

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Holy shit, so many people in the comments incorrectly trying to say he isn't a Nazi, getting proven wrong, then DOUBLING DOWN, lol.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

It's 4 digits that until this post I had no idea was a nazi thing. Meanwhile he has a very obvious Freemason logo on his truck.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

He has a vanity plate with a very obvious reference to Hitler. Yes, he's a fucking racist.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

EXACTLY

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I wonder how many of them use that in their passwords.

2 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 1

probably a lot. but this is a vet plate, they are just sequential, no vanity option. at least not real ones. dude probably does not know.

2 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 4

Did you look above the Ford logo?

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

thats a rite for freemasons from the looks of it. very not nazi. nazis even treated freemasons as if they were jews. i know these nazi dipshits are not that bright but a scottish freemason rite and being a nazi does not jive.

2 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

That's not true. Note the heading that says, "personalization available"

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Report it and explain why it is gate speech.
Even if the plate is a random number the state will get the person a new plate and stop handing out plates with that number.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Are we to ban every "secret" code that someone finds offensive? The plate is obviously a sequential number in a series. "88" might mean "heil hitler" to one, but in the Chinese culture, it means "extra wealth". "SS" might point to those nazi bastard soldiers, but what about the Chevy trim levels of "SS" for "Super Street"? Ive seen plates with "666" in there. Oh no, a satan lover! These are just 3 examples. This is cancel culture going to far. When does it stop?

Nazi apologist? Good one. What's not being in China have to do with it? My point is that we shouldn't ban numbers from license plates because it might offend people in the know. It's asinine. They'll just come up with something else that's just as dumb. Then more numbers will be banned. When you acknowledge the importance of their stupid inside information, you give them the power.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

I don't'.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

It's about as bad as you're imagining... https://www.adl.org/resources/hate-symbol/1488

2 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

Well - I wasn't imaginging that. I suppose nutjobs have to have their little "secret" codes and stuff. They're just weird. And not in a nice way.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Truck driver is a nazi. Full stop.

2 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 3

idk who downvoted this. Anyone who endorses the 14 words is literally a neonazi. Not like "oh this guy is an authoritarian and i just use the word nazi because its shorter" but like an actual white supremacist nazi.

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Yeah - we don't have them here, so I wasn't really on the ball. Thanks. You'd never get a plate like that here - DVLA wouldn't issue it.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

People also get them as bumper stickers, even tattoos. If you see '88' or '1488' - Nazi.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Upvote for awareness

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Well, the driver is also a freemason so probably not intentionally using that nazi code. If you look hard enough you can find secret codes everywhere

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Why would you think someone with a VFW logo on their bumper is a freemason?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Because they have the Scottish rite above the Ford logo. The double eagle head and triangle on the chest is a dead giveaway

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 5

Why are you screenshotting someone lying about it? You can ABSOLUTELY have a vanity VFW Virginia plate: https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/vehicles/license-plates/search/veterans-foreign-wars

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I don't know that they were lying. I think at most they're mistaken.clearly we are of different schools of thought on this but I prefer not to assume the worst of people. Regardless it'd still be really weird for the driver to be pro-hitler and a Mason.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Look above the Ford logo

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

Ok?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

This one?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 5

Any idea what that golden symbol in the center is?

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's the VFW logo:

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

The third Reich double headed eagle?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Only mention of Nazis in the double-headed eagle's 5000 year history is them REMOVING the symbol https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double-headed_eagle

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

The Reichsadler plus 1488 Fourteen Words plate is not a coincidence. You're trying to excuse a plain as day Nazi.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

The nazi era Reichsadler did not have 2 heads. The Holy Roman Empire did, but so does the Scottish Rite which has a symbol that bears a REMARKABLE resemblance to that seal.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

The triangle on the chest is clearly a freemason thing

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Freemason logo. Triangle on the chest is the tell

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

It 100% is not. It's the VFW logo:

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Are you talking about the emblem on the license plate ? cause we're talking about the emblem above the Ford logo

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thank you for posting! I’ve been looking for a while for it.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

freemasons. not nazi.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

It absolutely isn't associated with the Freemasons. It's the VFW:

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

that is a completly different thing compared to what is above the ford logo. the thing in the truck is 100% a scottish rite from the freemasons.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Has anyone checked if VF plates can be vanity plates? Maybe this dude just got the 1488th one of these.

2 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 5

Check the double headed eagle above the Ford logo

2 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 6

Scottish freemason rite. The triangle on the chest is a dead giveaway

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

thats a freemason rite. very not nazi if you look up what the nazis did to freemasons.

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 5

This. It specifically says "Vetran of the Falkan Wars" which I'm assuming is what the FW stands for. I'm going to need to see some more evidence to be incensed.

2 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 7

The US didn't fight in the Falklands...that's a British war. I can't zoom enough to read it on my PC...did you mean Foreign Wars?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/vehicles/license-plates/search/veterans-foreign-wars

Veteran of foreign war plates in Virginia, says right at the top "yes" they can be customized

2 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Foreign. How the hell did I get Falkan?

2 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

Don’t beat yourself up, it’s actually “Fucking Worthless” in this case.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 11

So, looking this up, veteran plates *cannot* be vanity plates, including in Virginia (which this plate looks like it is). So, this guy got the 1488th plate.

All of you relax in calling this random *VETERAN* a rabid racist without literally looking anything up

2 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 14

Additionally, if someone is going to overpay for a vanity plate, they sure as hell aren’t going to get that plate. It’s possible that everyone is looking way too deep at the plate. Good conversation though.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Personalization available? Yes.
Number of characters? 6
Now what 1488 means in this context only he knows but it can be personalized & 1488FW is 6 characters.

My plate, if you're interested.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yo, OP here. I can absolutely assure you that veteran plates can be personalized in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This dude is a member of the VFW. He went overseas during a foreign war. Guarantee he was in the rear, with the gear, being a little racist coward.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Did you ask him? How you can be sure?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Unfortunately that is not true. VA allows personalization on FW plates.

2 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

Hm, I'll have to look it up later as the VFW says that they're all serialized, and the Virginia DMV matched, so not sure where that screenshot is from. I believe you, just maybe I looked at something older

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 5

You are literally looking at someone who did that and somehow you're denying it. This is a racist piece of shit.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

I just went to their DMV page, I did not try to drill down any harder to see if it denied me though. Happy hunting, lemme know what you find!

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I appreciate you going through the effort and looking through all of the information, but I didn’t need to look any further than the picture because just above the Ford emblem is everything you need to know

2 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 6

Freemasons aren't typically associated with nazis, are they?

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

You mean this? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_Rite The two-headed eagle has been used by so many groups.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 5

That's a different symbol. Why are you apologizing for the Nazi with a vanity plate praising Hitler and a sticker that's explicitly a Nazi symbol?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Groups that also use 14/88 Fourteen Words? Stop excusing nazis.
