I think this is more extrapolation and putting the story in context, rather than about specific instances of Fox News specifically stating “Canada will pay the tariffs”. Meaning: this farmer is receiving goods/ products from Canada. Tariffs are imposed by our customs and therefore passed to consumers here. Faux news is going along with the agenda that importing countries will pay the tariffs rather than the American consumer.

Yep, he thinks the suppliers are supposed to eat the cost when fuel prices go up but doesn't think he should eat the costs when the price increases on his end. Also note that his misunderstanding of how tariffs work meant he was voting to intentionally screw over his supplier for no reason other than to hurt them. He's a nasty malignant business partner and deserves to get put out of business.

I am not young anymore myself, but whenever a co-worker 10 years older than me tries to search for something on the net, I can get them the answers in half the time, and not just one answer, but several with comparisons so you can filter out the BS. It is quite frankly annoying when they come up with a great new idea - taken from a website of a company that shut down five years ago because that exact idead didn't work out.
