A depressed Imgur friend told me they'd like a gentle nudge for cooking and cleaning every now and then. So I'm obliging any Imgurian who wants that little nudge.
Today's invite is pants optional and one level of challenge. Although, if you go out for breakfast as I did, you may want to wear pants. I'm not the boss of you. Go pantsless!

Maybe you don't like a full breakfast. Nibble some coffee cake or something. This is a poppyseed cake an Imgurian friend baked and mailed to me. It's gorgeous, yes?
Breakfast I made one day this week. I poured on garlic salt, red pepper flakes, and that purple stuff is cabbage. Yah. Cabbage for breakfast.
Pretty egg.
Please eat something. Fools with depression sometimes forget to eat.

Cooking and cleaning doesn't solve depression and some days either of those tasks is impossible. If today is your day to decline this invitation, decline! But I hope you choose to eat something.
