No, don't try filling donuts with mayonnaise. In general, don't be an ass, even on April 1st. The best pranks are the ones that the "victim" can laught at, too. Try this: replace all of their family photos with picture of Steve Buscemi. Sign them up for a goofy newsletter (such as the one from the Ferret Association of Connecticut). Put googly eyes on all the items in the fridge.
