Looks to be HST. And yes, they will make the accounting adjustment for the exchange. Next time check out 123inkcartridges.ca

1. Taxes may be required based on the physical location of seller or buyer.

2. They are showing you the amount you will pay in US $ but it will be converted to the proper currency when paid out.
