After 2 years I got the final diagnose!

TL;DR:
Had Thrombosis in right arm on 2015; Thrombosis gone away – pain still there; no Doc could help; Finally one could help; Space between rib and collarbone to tight – no blood flow when lifting arm, can be fixed by surgery; possible to work again; I’m happy.

On Monday the 16. Nov. 2015 I woke up with a swollen right arm. Later the day they diagnosed thrombosis (a clod) in my right subclavian vein. The right subclavian vein allows blood to travel along the brachiocephalic vein back to the heart.

A few months after the treatment, I still had pain in my right arm and could not lift heavyweight without getting a blue arm. I had over 37 different treatments in different places but no one fount the cause of my pain. I luckily had occupational disability insurance. But my insurance does not pay until they are 100% sure I can’t work. So they send me to the hospital where I’ve spent the last 3 days.

The investigation of my arm gave me the final answer why my arm hurts all the time. I was diagnosed with Adson-Coffey-Syndrom / Naffziger-Syndrom!
(Sorry no Wikipedia in English but it’s a part of the Thoracic outlet syndrome)

My rib is pressing against my vein and blocks the blood from going in and out of my arm.
The rib can be removed and I would be able to work again!

Finally, after 2 Years I could finally work again!

And here are some pictures!

This is the area we are talking about. Just to let you know if you are totally confused by my bad english.

I've spent more than 800 hours in different hospitals since 2015 and had a lot of free time. I had many sad and even a few happy moments.

Just don't let a disease break your will.
You can get through everything.
You have to accept the fact, that you are different and do the best you can!

Thank you for reading my story.
Have a fantastic day ladies and gentlemen.
