I made a pair of these for a Halloween costume one year. They looked rad but were a pain in the ass to walk around in. Hard to look like a badass demon when you're scooting around the Halloween party hunched forward pigeon toed. No heel support. Cool DIY. I love seeing the process.
People underestimate things like this. they should have made some clear heals for support cause imagine walking on your toes for hours without heel support.
I did this at my sister's wedding because my heels kept sinking into the grass and I ended up compressing the nerves in my toes and it took months for them to stop going numb at random times. So yea, I don't really recommend.
I'd say - if I know a thing or two about furries - these might be used to walk from the living room to the bedroom, and then they will stay up in the air mostly.
It might help *some*, but the fundamental issue is the area contacting the ground, and where it is relative to your foot. If the hooves had something sticking back so there was something on the ground under the heel, that would work, but the hoof on these is almost entirely under the toes.
not to mention any added weight as cosplayers tend to have sometimes. while this may work flawlessly for a skinny person that is used to high heels all the time, it doesn't work for everyone. plus conventions are a massive nightmare to deal with sometimes regarding cosplay.
Whlie yes for most people - I have danced in high heels for a while, and you don't really need the heel for dancing, sprinting and hiking. All done in heels back when I danced for a hobby. As long as you can walk on your toes, you can walk in these :)

I've seen dumb art before and this has to be in the top twenty.

Good to see them walking without the heels... that human (IS it human?) leg has NO muscle and needs to build up the calf muscle
IAmAMammal
She's going to break one ankle, if not both. You can't just remove the heel like that. Jesus Christ.
SergeyPrkl
we have video evidence that it can be done. See, the video above.

Very. And it must be from the cinnamon region of France, otherwise it's just spicy ground bark.

If it was just for a photoshoot, it wouldn't really matter.

Eh, how important would it be if the ankle went snap ? We got two of them

Depends on how much practice you have

I already walk on my toes most of the time

Maybe the shoe remnant is sturdy enough to give some support? ....probably not, admittedly
