Merry Christmas everyone!

Another year, another Christmas selfie. Same bar and same beer, Schell's Ragtop Amber. Things are changing, hopefully for the better. In a weightloss program run through my local clinic, so insurance covers it. And its not one of those scams that just try to make you buy the diet food, in fact out side of my $100 a month copay, I don't pay for anything. Down 20lbs since I started in October. Still a LOOOONG ways to go, but I have hope and a plan now.

Also have mostly quit drinking, despite the pic above. Down to one Friday or Saturday a month where I have a few beers and hangout. Don't drink at home at all. Really wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Anyways here's hoping 2024 gets better for everyone and the world in general. Maybe we'll get lucky and Trump and/or Putin will drop dead or go to prison. Anyways, think good thoughts, and do good deeds. Good night from Southern Minnesota.
