As a driver and a cyclist...lights on day and night so drivers can see you. Bright clothing. Dont weave in and out of traffic and follow road rules. Be predictable.

I think bikes need a side mounted flag as well as a vertical flag.

And the opposite, as well. Cyclists are not innocent victims on the road - a quick youtube search proves this. Everyone, every single one, using a vehicle, walking, crawling on their face, whatever, needs to pay attention and do more to help protect everybody.

I'm in the same boat, just got an ebike to get around. I made sure to buy a roll of DOT C-2 reflective tape, an even more reflective roll of 3M Scotchlite for my helmet, reflective rods that press onto the spokes, a 120dB horn with an additional front and rear light, and wear an ANSI 2 reflective yellow vest while riding... That being said, I'm probably still invisible to some stupid drivers

I have an e-scooter that i take on a bike trail to get too and from work. Most people have shit situational awareness. But i *hate* the lance armstrong summertime cyclist types because of their atrocious behavior on the trail. I actually just had a crash last week because the asshole was going too fast, in the wrong lane, around a blind turn, and wasn't even looking what was in front of him. So i swerved into a ditch and he took the fuck off.

Soeaking as a cyclist, Every cyclist who has a bad day bitches about cars, but the moment they are driving they hate cyclists in traffic just as much as everyone else

Anything with two or more wheels and possibly a motor doing anything that remotely gets close to violating Vehicle code. Want to slap them all with a 2x4 every single time.
