Couldn't be a Doctor because I can't stand Lawyers. Couldn't be a Lawyer because I couldn't stand Doctors.
This may be the only way some people understand that it isn't ok to punish your employees or tenants. You have rights, find a Lawyer that'll fight for them (if you have to).

Not to be a dick but landlords have rights as well. They dont just stop needing the money either.

i'm more referring to the bad LL and PM. the good ones shouldn't have lawsuits because of this, instead they should get 'loving tenants'.

You're going to have a hard time getting traction in court considering the scale of the crisis and confusion at all levels of leadership.
