Mrw I watch the extended edition of The Lord of the Rings and I see a new scene

Every time I watch the two towers.

Then watch it again with forced subtitles to catch heaps of content not on the regular sub track... And again with all the commentary tracks

I've done the bonus features and regular extended so far. I now have such a huge appreciation for the work put into this movie.

My fave added scene is the gift Gimli asked of Galadriel. They nailed it simple scene in spite of a massive backstory. Very well handled.

Obviously dive into the books of you havent already, but Yea there's lots of small details hidden in the movies. Easy to miss as well.

I finished them a couple years ago. Tolkien's writing style isn't my favorite though, so I probably still missed a lot.
