This is Jagger our border collie. After a summer of boating, swimming...
and beach time in the central Otago lakes, his coat was matted beyond repair. Thick dreads resisted any brush, so I booked him in for his first groom...
Such a happy wee face, no idea he's on the way to the vets...
And brought home what can only be described as a grumpy grey fox. Sooo different, only the droopy ear let me know it was him.
Can report he has got over it, and seems to be enjoying the streamlined lifestyle...

Why didn't you just routinely clean and brush the doggo again?

Tried. He hates being brushed and as it was so knotted groomer suggested a shave. Will get him used to brushing with new coat... : )
