We were trying to do stuff with another family, all wearing masks, social distancing, outside only. My kids for sick twice.
Now that at least all the adults are vaccinated, were are going to try again.

We are going to try again next week now that the adults are vaccinated. Safe interaction isn't the same. Do you have young kids?
You hadn't said that when I commented. Yes I have small children and we have set up play dates, their mental health is important to me
For sure.
We had just moved to a new area, so making new friends durning the pandemic had been very difficult.
Also, I my wife is working while I watch the kids. I've found that mom's are reluctant to set up play dates with a dad.
