Dude there’s so much incredible music out there but unlike the before times you don’t go to obscure record stores digging in the crates, now there’s bandcamp, YouTube, tidal and many many other sources you have to dig through. But if you dig, you’ll find gold.

And I wish I had the gold to actually pay for it. But your comment does make me think that maybe I am thinking that it was all really great in my youth and early adulthood that nothing could ever match it. So much better than today, or as one Aussie singer put it, "Rock and roll is anything your parents hate."

Online radio stations don’t require gold. I swear you will catch more than enough tunes that’ll catch your attention. That’s how I got back into contemporary music. Indie online radio.

Sorry, but never head of it... indie online radio? I'm an old fart and all this tech has grown up that I have never heard of. Like Bandcamp, never heard of it until Sursie Metzger was talking about it (love her music but can't contribute).
