We had an old, faded Monet print at work, and over the course of a few weeks I gradually slipped in new pictures until I felt that my masterpiece was done.
Unfortunately, I’ve since left this job, but hopefully they’ll keep my ‘art’ like this. It was a great workplace.
This was my previous version, which was like this for around two months before anyone asked “Why do we have a picture of the police conducting some sort of investigation?!”

Monet is a strange choice for ode to Britishness. Also, lions?

The Monet was the original picture that I made more British. Lions because they’re part of our national emblem in sports, coins, passports.

Lions are he English national animal. Seems silly really as there aren't any in England. Scotland went with the more sensible unicorn.
