It's eggtremely eggasperating!

I'm 57 years old, and I couldn't do an 'over easy' egg if my life depended on it.  I just tried to make my bacon & egg sandwiches for dinner, and I screwed up  'over hard' eggs.  I'm an egg loser.

The proper cooking technique does not require flipping.

Practice with a cool dry pan and the heel of a loaf of bread. That's how I learned and I'm a brunch cook.

I have a good non-stick pan and butter if my 'fat'. I just can't get them to flop over right.
