Does anyone remember this gem of a show?

Pirates of Dark Water

No matter who I talk to out in the real world nobody seems to remember this show. It only lasted fro 21 episodes in the early 90's because apparently the animation was too expensive, but damn it was awesome. It has everything, adventure, magic, pirates and was darker than other series out during that time. I just re-watched it with my niece and now we play the floor is dark water instead of lava and people look at us weird. Seeing if any of you imgurians remember and love this show as well
