Walmart and other stores sell a clear plastic storage box that is like 2ft by 3ft by 8in or so. This works very well for multiple cats, especially as they age as they don't have to jump. We also put a large waterproof entry type rug underneath it.

Cats are weird, sometimes when they feel insecure/unwell/what-have-you, they'll hang out in their litterbox because it smells like them. It's a territory/security thing.

Please give me a little grace. Everything has been hectic for KFD and me. I am trying and I will have more time this weekend for more cleaning. I got the litter boxes taken care of tonight. They should’ve been done before but the kittens are healthy and happy and that’s really all that matters. I kind of broke the lid on the trash can but @KittensForDays will probably forgive me. If y’all could do the same, I’d really appreciate it ❤️
