I have a different way of documenting recipes I like because if find it really tedious to have to go back and forth from the text and the ingredient quantities. And, the engineer in me like spreadsheets. * means optional. Make it how you like it. And it’s OK to play around a bit. #veganbuffalowings

These are not completely “homemade“ but you could look up recipes to break it down even further and make your own spicy sauce with vinegar and cayenne pepper, etc. #buffalowingsauce

Note this ranch is not vegan but you could sub the sour cream and mayo. I didn’t even use the sour cream and used rice milk but it turned out great. #ranchdressing
