Chonky Boi
Chubby Texas Spiny Lizard I found lounging on my tree while I was doing yardwork. Looks like he's growing a new tail. He was pretty chill and just hung out while I was pulling vines off the tree he was sitting on.

Do you get the round little one as well? We call them horny toads in Arizona.

Texas has horned lizards, but I've never seen a wild one, just at the zoo. Texas spiny lizards are fairly common even in the suburbs.

I love lizards in general but the horned/spiny types are my favs.
