Use positive, powerful language. Instead of "That isn't my preferred pronoun." say "Call me.. PERFECT Cell.". Instead of "I haven't finished transitioning.", say "This isn't even my FINAL FORM!!". Instead of "I am nonbinary.", say "You cannot grasp Giygas' True Form."
In Final Fantasy 14, there is a raid boss called Omega who is trying to test human capabilities, and initially starts with a masculine form before switching to a feminine form later in the fight.
in World of warcraft, Pandaria time, lots of pandas turn into dragons after a while. I was too well raised to ask and I accept anyone as they come, friends and enemies.
Depends on what exactly you mean by "anomaly"... Based on my hanging out on various trans subreddits, the "keep it" gang seem fairly sizable: still a minority, but not as rare as you might expect. Granted, this's purely my own vibes-based impression, and *far* from unbiased.
Weirdly, Dracula is one of the few characters of history that the NasuVerse DIDN'T retcon into being a girl the whole time. Although with Nero and Da Vinci, the Grail basically gave them the option of being a chick with huge tata's and they were like "YES YES YES!" although for somewhat different reasons I suspect. Da Vinci genuinely wanted to be the ARA ARA titty monster all the time, Nero... I get the feeling it was more one of the few things he HADN'T already tried.
Series called Fate that is about a recurring battle between mages for the Holy Grail, a wish granting relic. Before the battle starts each Mage is granted a Summon represented by varrying Classes (Lancer, Fighter, Berserker, Sniper, etc) each of which being a manifestation of a previous "Hero" pulled from their time by the Grail before or after death. The Class and personality dictates the way they fight and their power sets.

Uh... the response to the final boss' transition is to start beating the crap out of the final boss...
"He turned into his One Winged Angel form! Start casting the summons and hitting the limit breaks!"

You're wrong about that last statement, I can hug ya :P

Don't forget epic OST that starts to play like - A Stranger I Remain https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-rj8HVW3PQ

To be fair if all trans women had the YOU DIED energy of Souls bosses no one would ever fuck with them so... something to aspire to, maybe?

Can I stop the fight and just hand over a Phoenix Down?
anglarite
But... She clearly states that for the final boss it's just a phase.

Don’t forget the Latin chorus. No trans transition is complete without ominous but powerful Latin singing.

Trans fights!
Elnauriel
If you don't respect trans rights, you get the trans fights! =)
jrntn
Those who make trans rights impossible make trans wrongs inevitable!

Real question, are there any games where the final boss transitions to another gender?

I've played some strategy games where units promoted to another gender, and most weren't chess.

I love that it's amazing, thanks for the giggle. Can't wait for my elemental and Illusion spells to kick in.

Not a video game but "Swordsman 2" (1992) has this energy. (Jet Li movie well before his lethal weapon appearance.)
EroticZombiePants
There are a few games out there designed by sadists featuring final bosses that have 10+ phases to go through before finally beating them.
Skuggen
Also latin chanting.
NightOwlRally
Or Greek chanting. HOLD. DEVIL'S. POT OF TEA.

I think the point is to get rid of the huge sword.

Some prefer to keep it; goals vary from person to person.

gonna learn how to fight like roronoa zoro so i can quadruple wield

Yup. I fully recognize that I'm an anomaly, but I'm rather fond of being a Dong Darling.

Isn't that what happens though? When you transition your health bar gets bigger and you become brighter? Or darker? Depending on the transition.
Elnauriel
Transitioning didn't make my life easier nor make the world safer, but it did make me stronger.
memeseeks
Do you feel more like yourself?
Elnauriel
Absolutely. I don't regret transitioning.
But to quote Long John Silver, you give up a few things chasing a dream.
memeseeks
Yeah. That I get. But that's good though. We all give something up to become who we want to be.
memeseeks
I hope I said that right.

Dracula taunts the Belmont by saying, what is a man but a miserable pile of secrets? And then Dracula attacks
The comment that confused you raises the amusing scenario where Dracula was a trans woman and instead decides to reveal this fact to Simon Belmont

I thought it might be about Fate, my friend has been trying to get me into it for years now, thank you for confirming

I use Hero in quotes because there's very clearly villains involved as well but real and fictional.
mward1984
It's more classical greek Hero than modern concept.
mward1984
Don't forget how there hasn't been a single grail war where at least one faction involved didn't decide to cheat in some ridiculous way.

I haven't watched all 3214865416351.6 series so not sure on ALL the details.
