The whole thing looks good. the only thing I would really criticize is the distribution of the green stuff on the cubes. half have nothing on them, the middle ones have all of it.
Ya know, generally I'll try anything once, but this really doesn't seem appetizing at all to me. I suspect this is just farming tiktok views or whatever. I'm sure there's someone that likes the idea though. If anyone is brave enough to actually recreate it let us know what it's actually like to eat.
