Same techniques as my other posts... Just a different flavor. I just tried one. Good but needs more peach flavor. The peach ends up as an after note after its gone.

How radioactive is the yellow cake? That makes a big difference.

You know I was thinking the other day about making upside down bourbon peach cupcakes, I have never seen it but it sounds doable

What about the topping?
GetMeAReubenSandwich
Just sprinkled with sugar... There's a thin crust over the top..... Coulda don a crumble topping.... Maybe next time....

Tried googling what yellow cake is and now I'm on a watch list.

Ooops! I should have been more specific. That should be yellow cake mix.

Took me a minute to realize that you didn't mean uranium

So much for acquiring awesome superpowers i guess :(

Oh - the pie filling + cake mix! great idea!

Yeah! I just tasted one. Needs to be more peach-forward. I think the cake overwelms the peach...
EatPieLander
Hmm ... iirc, the cherry ones rook xtra long to bake and were still over-moist; yet reducing cake mix, to bring the fruit "forward", may make cupcakes even mooshier.

I know what you mean about the moisture level, though I kinda like them moist, (not under-baked.) They're kinda decadent. Every oven is different.
