You could have made any muffins you wanted to, and you made the worst kind.
Those could have been blueberry. Lemon. Chocolate chip. They could have been cranberry orange. They could have been sweet corn muffins with little nuggets tucked inside.
You made a Metamucil packet, but without the convenience.

Um, OR tastes *way* better than Metamucil anyday. But, thank you for the small list. I can use it as inspiration while I enjoy these. Though, I think I might do cake donuts next... We'll see.

Also, if you’re fishing for ideas: blueberry muffins made with whipped cream cheese in the batter, with poppy seeds and lemon zest. That’s a showstopper. Drop some streusel on top if you’re feelin’ fancy.
