Similar to me, sleep apnea machine works wonders, it's a pain in the ass but it really improved quality of life. The machine only cost me $3000 though in Canada, I see that online they are about $800.

Sleep apnea or just not sleeping causes HAVOC on your body. Heart is the worst but circulation issues can damage kidneys or lead to PVD.
Found out I've had undiagnosed sleep apnea for years. Finally came to a head when my BP got so high they literally sent me to the ER against my wishes in an ambulance. Got the sleep study. Averaging a couple breathing stops a -minute-. Got a CPAP and some meds and 6 months later I feel much better.

I wake up ok and refreshed.. BEFORE my alarm goes off..

I understand the [many!] reasons behind the downvotes, but this is an example of an useful use of AI. Give credit where credit is due. If only there weren't so many counterexamples like this... /gallery/pentagon-eIQ9YdX (more real than you could believe).

I'm not downvoting it because of AI. I'm downvoting it because it's like the fourth or fifth time it's shown up in a couple of days.

At any point in 25 years they could've just googled all that and gotten the same answers. Claude can go fuck itself and so can this bullshit advertisement.

This seems more like an issue of bad doctors than good AI.
