Advent of Cheese- Day 3

Here we are at Day 3 of the Cheese Advent Calendar. And the Imgur app again is messing with the picture order. Today’s cheese in an orange cheddar. Aged 2 years according to the label. Not sure if that’s good or bad.

We’ve completing the top row today. Going in order is kind of dull.

Cheese tasted pretty good. Definitely lived up to its “aged” label. I’d buy a wedge if I ever found some in the store. Good flavor with enough sharpness to make it interesting. Definitely rates a 2 on the Mohs Hardness Scale.
