There are censors in some countries, like the UK I believe, and they will get this when you try to view it. I think you can get around it using a VPN though

I think it's the other way around. OP saw a nice pic, tried to upload it to Imgur by pasting its URL, but the Imgur server couldn't download the pic from the website because the website blocks whichever country the Imgur server is located in. Either that or OP is playing a joke.
