Not that exact number, but I've gone over, got hit with 2 overdrafts, and then a $100 deposit I made at their atm the night before posted, bringing me back up to like -$7. So, absolutely possible.

It depends on the bank. I bank with Chase and Wells Fargo. When I was on medical leave from work with a broken ankle, money was tight. If I ODed with WF, they would charge me fees, but Chase wouldn't. They would give me a day or 2 to get above $0, and if I didn't, they would reject the charge that put me under.
