Seoul tips? I need some ideas.........

This might die in Usersub, but this is the first time I reach out to the community and ask to see if any Imgurians have any ideas on where to bring my family in Seoul. We've been to Seoul once before (exactly when Covid hit, no - I don't think we were the reason!), and we LOVED it! Amazing food, amazing people (very very helpful!) and great place overall.

Any suggestions, tips, ideas etc are welcome!

We love: K-pop, food (Korean BBQ!), comics/anime/manga, tech stuff, fun things to do (we did Lotte world, but we don't need to go there again), beer (at least *I* like beer, I mean, I liked beer. I still like beer. But I did not drink beer to the point of blacking out), and RPG:s, games, did I mention food?

K-pop studios? Beer making-places? Tours/guided things? What to see (except the castles/temples, we did that one last time too).
