Help a vet and his service dog, Polly

Ed and his service dog Polly need help. She's had a couple of ACL tears, and Ed can no longer afford more surgeries. He's a Vietnam era Navy veteran, having served in Vietnam. He's 100% disabled with PTSD and other health complications. He's non employable. This last surgery and hopefully last fix will give them both the life they deserve. He can't simply get a new service animal, and without the surgery, it would mean the end of the road for Polly. They both found purpose in each other. She s a rescue and his reason for being.
