How about stop foreign spending and bolster american-owned/operated manufacturing? Maybe remove support for foreign powers and let them do their thing on their own? Big Gov wants you to think the problem is a few rich people, the real problem is the government that backs them. No one gets THAT wealthy without the help of whoever is in office.

Debt is fine as long as there is a plan to manage it. The US has always been house Lannister we always pay our debts but we can’t continue to add to our debts without a plan or feasible pay to pay it. Companies tend to roll over and have problems when their debt begins to exceed their equities. We crossed the ugly debt to GDP metric a few years ago but none of our elected officials want to collaborate on how to effectively control debt but also have an effective government.
