Dude was having a good time, had a slight accident, resolved it peacefully and wanted to continue having a good time. Karen decided it was better to yell at him.
The Chev got stuck and the Ford got stuck But the Chev unstuck when the Dodge showed up But the Dodge got stuck in the tractor rut Which eventually pulled out the Ford With some difficulty
Its not fair that Ive had as many bad things happen to me as I have, despite being as careful as I am, when there is people doing some of these things. #2 and #7 come to mind.
Almost no one looks good setting a deadlift PR. OLY lifts are different, because if your form isn't solid you won't finish. But deadlift? Ugly still counts.
Bear down straining like that and you get vagus nerve activation, which puts the brakes on your heart rate. Pulse slows and blood pressure falls and then you fall out. Dude was lucky those weights didn't land on his legs and pop his knees out (I've seen that happen before)
Not a weight-lifter..... I just lift pints, BUT.... I think he wasn't breathing, And Passed out. Or, no blood to the brain = shut down. OR MayBe....both
I think some people are genetically equipped with some kind of evolutionary alarm siren. Something unexpected happens that seems dangerous: 2 out of 10 people start frantically screeching.
My cousin’s kid works as a firefighter. One day they were doing a drill and he was something like 18 or 20 feet (6-ish meters) up when his ladder fell because the guy at the base wasn’t holding the ladder correctly. He hadn’t even been on the job for a year but was lucky to not go on permanent disability. He has a bunch of pins in his leg now but is back fighting fires.
If that other lady hadn't been there to rip down the white cloth hanging he might not have been able to take care of it. This could have been a completely different video.
Which is ridiculous, he was calm. The fire was an accident, he wasn't the only one with sparklers, he calmly removed the fire to the ground and stomped it out, the return to dancing. He may have been a bit drunk, but he seems to have a handle on the situation.
A bit drunk? He stared at it for a solid 3 seconds before realising he should do something about it. He wasn't the only one with sparklers but he was the one who stuck his sparkler in flammable decor.
My point still stands. He made a mistake and he fixed it with seemingly minimum damage, and while in an intoxicated state. Compared to most "idiots of imgur" he handles it quite well.
Best part is watching the stunned douche check his mirrors while "correcting" his steering. Funny too how he wasn't the one who went under the water under the truck to attach the tow rope.
I was waiting for him to get impaled on the 4 spikes on the very top of the "scaffold". I use the term scaffold very loosely there too. He's sooo lucky he wasn't killed outright. At least he recorded it, that would have made the forensics team's job much easier.
If you liked that one, look up Chinese AC installation. I don't know how those guys are alive. Just a dude crawling out of high rise building windows with AC units on their shoulders.
Got impressively far, putting that AC up there before the whole thing collapsed and he tore it down with him. Guy got lucky he didn't get hit on the way down.

Syncope/fainting. Dangerous breath management to increase endurance, held too long, dropped his blood pressure (look up Valsalva maneuver)

He also was pushing way too much weight and I think his form was kinda flimsy as well, seemed like an ego lift more than anything else
