With is being that large, does it taste different than a normal sized clove?

The texture was close to that of an apple, mild garlic taste but strong on it being spicey and consistent. The flavor never faded.

much milder but if you ever find yourself eating a whole bulb you will regret it. I can say this from experience...

It’s elephant garlic and it’s milder for sure. It’s really good on tiny toasts with goat cheese.
