Missing cat - Tarragindi, Brisbane

This is my mother's cat which I was meant to catsit while my mother moved house.

The cat, which is called Pocahontas, does not answer to that name and is wary of people.

She stalked through my unit yowling in distress from changed surroundings. Hid often, and then crapped on my bed.

Prior to bed pooping.

I put her in my bathroom, on the 2nd floor. It has no flyscreen and she must have ninja leapt to freedom before she even passed 24 hours at my unit. This cat helped ease my mother's suffering while undergoing a double masectomy, chemotherapy, and finally radiation therapy to get rid of cancer. My mother is understandably distressed by the loss of her best buddy and I feel like a useless son who can't even handle a house cat.
