Flock uses AI and it fabricates evidence. The charlie Kirk shooter was first "identified" because flock enhanced a photo and tagged it to the wrong person

The thing about Copaganda is that every TV show that shows cops being good guys and acting differently than we know cops do in real life exists specifically to make people more compliant when they encounter real cops.
Its the same reason why they have friendly cops visit elementary schools and pass out cop Teddy bears and books about officer bear to the class rooms. Its to instill the idea that "sure there are some bad ones... but Most cops are good guys, there are just bad apples"
Just people learning about electronics and how to make simple but effective eMP bombs that would destroy electronics if set off near some places known for their misuse of water
I recall hearing they're trying to pass legislation to permanently shield tech companies from any civil or criminal lawsuits from bullshit their AI does.
Not in the USA. Courts have made the bar to proceed with that kind of case unreasonably high. i.e. you have to prove that the tool wasn't being used for it's intended purpose, that the company knew it wasn't, AND that the company intentionally encouraged continued wrongful use. So long as Flock just adds a disclaimer that cops should do their own investigation, the can't be sued for how cops misuse the product. And the cops can't be sued due to Qualified Immunity.
Do NOT under any circumstances step outside your home to talk to the cops. Don't even open the door. If you're on the threshold, they can just abduct you and you'll get thrown into a very stressful situation in which you'll be tricked out of many of your legal protections.
Talk to them through the door, or better yet not at all. I get wanting to step away from the family and "sort this out" and they count on that to give them all the power. If they don't have a warrant, they can fuck off.
You have no legal obligation to even communicate with them. If they have an arrest warrant, your best bet is to comply but say nothing. In some cases you must proactively assert your right to remain silent. Yeah, it's that dumb. But yeah, never open the fucking door.
That's the nice thing when I was in Cuba with my parents back in the day. Sure there are police officers everywhere but they are humans and will ask if there is a problem and give anyone the chance to show what the problem is. Just how it is meant to be.
I once got into an argument on Reddit. The other person wasn't convinced by me, but when checking Google found that the Google ai agreed with me. That changed his mind. The Google ai was referencing my comments...
The great thing about Ai fakes for the government is that all exculpatory evidence can be "Ai generated" while all incriminating evidence will be assumed to be authentic because the police would never submit knowingly altered evidence right??
Presumption of regularity aka "omnia praesumuntur rite et solemniter esse acta." All government employees are, by law, presumed to be correct and doing their job correctly at all times. This beats out "innocent until proven guilty." You are presumed innocent, however the police's opinion is more important. They are not required to prove you guilty in any way in order to arrest you and charge you with a crime because it is assumed they are correct. A warrant for arrest is an opinion.
Lmfao that phone absolutely had his supervisor dragging his ass and definitely was reading a script. There needs to be a program that forces police officers to interact with "suspects" that they have dealt with in the past. Guilty or not. I was arrested for GTA after my sister lied to police when she was addict in order "to get her car fixed" after I crashed it. She asked me to be her designated driver to pick her up from a dirt field party when I was 15 and without a license. After I got back1
To the house and she went inside, her boyfriend came back outside, handed me the keys again saying that It was okay for me to drive back to the dirt field to pick up a shared charging cable that was allegedly left in the unfinished subdivision. So I drove there and when I did, I hit a patch of sand and crashed the car. I didn't have a phone and was in my undies but I found someone to immediately called my sister to inform her. My sister was not willing to tell my parents the truth and her bf 2/
Was a drug dealer. She needed an operational car because she sold drugs using the car. She didn't trust that insurance would fix a broken control arm nor that our upper middle class parents would figure something out so she told police several days later that I stole the car and specifically said "I have unequivocally never given him permission to drive my car. " An outright lie. Drove her car all the time with her permission. Her bf conveyed permission before and she was fine with that. 3
The arresting officer did not even try to speak with me. The second he saw me, he handcuffed me and used a small joint lock on my thumb. He lifted me off the ground using this and it caused permanent damage to my thumb. He then refused to put my seat belt on and drove over 100 mph to the police station. He intentionally drove erratically and brake checked me in the car. I was terrified and he did that intentionally. I did not commit GTA and I wasn't a great kid. I did sex work and meth at ageâ´
