Congress wrote a Law. It was Passed by both Houses. Bondi refuses to obey this Law. How is this not a criminal act?

Certainly grounds for impeachment, but I think they're going to have to carefully choose this battle. There's a lot to be said for going for Noem instead.

I'm sad because I had to do the 70th upvote :( We all saw the Bondi outbursts. Internationally we were told by deomcrats that "tRump is only here for another 3 years". But we know he's not the problem, he's the flag, sometimes waving the problem, which is a huge number of US voters are happy on his side of the fence and will put up with the corruption and mayhem that people like Pam are so eager to peddle.

I'm 6'3" Peter Garrett is 6'6" But He is one those people that just Looms. His presence is Eight Foot Six Tall. I've met him twice, I felt tiny until he spoke to me as an equal. Then I felt 8' 3". This happened twice. He is just a nice bloke.

#3 what timeframe for those removals? Cause you could just do it the night before an election,making voting impossible for the affected

In TN, the rule is no changes within 30 days of an election. Also, anyone being told they can't vote should ask for a provisional ballot, and a receipt. https://news.ballotpedia.org/2025/11/13/a-look-at-how-provisional-voting-works-in-each-state/ (Check your state rules, not all have it, but more do than don't.)

The Rule. Is it a Law? Not that it really matters Nowadays. Rules and Laws are merely Guidelines that are stepped over by this Administration. If you dare to push back you will have to face the DOJ! let's face it. The same way the Department of Defense wants to rebrand as the Department of War, the Department of Justice should rebrand as the Department of Litigation and Retribution.

I suspect TN will purge a bunch right at the edge of the allowed period, so folks don't have time to get things fixed. Keep checking your voter registration. Get a passport if you don't have one. (Real ID won't work for voting.) Know your state's rules and laws. And help other folks know the rules, and get registered, get the documentation in case they need it.

That is just insane! Real ID was a Government Initiative for what purpose?

It does, at least in theory, prove that you are who you say you are, but non-citizens can get Real ID too. (Or at least should be able to, many states are making it harder currently.)

And you don't even have to Vote! In Australia you are required to Vote. If you choose not to, or just don't. You have to either pay a Fine or present at Court to state your case. Going to Court can be just "Your Honour, I reckon they're both Cunts," Judge bangs Gavel. "Fair Enough. You're free to go."

It's up to the people to make them all face the wall.

It is apparent to the rest of the World that USA is in such a state of decline that the Billionaires should abandon the sinking ship. They should flee to their Tax Havens. But how will the Peoples States of America recover? First of all Repeal Citizens United. Untie that whole Money makes Money for Monied People Thing. Dissolve the Whole Health Insurance Industry.

Dissolve the entire Imperialist state and replace it with something fundamentally different, that isn't predicated by arbitrary hierarchical authority which has throughout all of human history been manipulated by those with ill intent to marginalize people for the purpose of exploiting them for personal enrichment.

Anything less will just slowly devolve again into fascism, as the entire premise is beholden to the naive hope that individuals who achieve power of authority do not abuse it.

Most of modern society is structured like this and is exactly why we are seeing a global rise of right wing extremism only a century after the Nazis showed the world just how horrible our system could become.
