if you're filling up another bottle, take the cap off.....you can't pour with that small of a hole anyway

Take the lid off, rotate 45 degrees clockwise, reattach.

Some will only screw in "one way" Most jars/bottletops have two sets of threads at least. The point was "it may not be that easy"
