When I was a mechanic at a small garage, a Porsche 928 got towed in on a flatbed. Work order stated "remove cat." Boss and I are talking about how we cant just remove the catalytic converter. Its illegal, among other issues. Call customer, who doesn't know what a catalytic converter is... turns out there was a stray kitten that had crawled into the engine bay. Customer heard it while he was walking past car. Didn't know what to do about it, so he just had it towed to us.
