Playing devil’s advocate but arguably there’s not really any more standing for an “incest” stigma (given they can’t reproduce) for identical twins than for two non related children raised together.
Like if it’s not functionally all that different than two kids that grew up as neighbors etc to hook up as long as there’s no kids (which introduces genetic risks and issues for a person(s) that has no say in that choice).
