Baked some shrimp with butter, olive oil, and a variety of seasonings, then served them over a salad of spinach & romaine. Celery, carrots, olives, avocado, and tomatoes were also involved.
The vinaigrette was an olive oil infused with roasted garlic, some Dijon mustard, tarragon vinegar, plus chives, parsley, thyme and tarragon.

Yea well I nuked a package of garlic mashed potatoes and paired it with a slice of buttered bread.

I have done similar myself.
I used to occasionally cook some linguine and toss it with butter & garlic salt.

This looks so tasty that even without the shrimp (veg here) I bet it would be a very satisfying dish. Nice work!
Dannyalcatraz
It would TOTALLY work sans shrimp.
You could probably get even closer to what I did with some tofu baked with similar ingredients.
